SHIFT HAPPENS, LLC (“Shift Happens”) is selling the DVD (or digital versatile disc) version of AUTISTIC LICENSE (hereinafter, the or this “DVD”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read them carefully because you must accept these terms and conditions by clicking on the “I ACCEPT” button below prior to your purchase of the DVD.

Without a special written permission or license obtained in advance, Shift Happens' trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not produced or provided by Shift Happens.  Use of any of Shift Happens’ trademarks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Shift Happens or Smokin' Yogi is strictly forbidden. All other trademarks not owned by Shift Happens that appear on this DVD are the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

3.              DVD FOR PRIVATE HOME USE ONLY

You are purchasing this DVD for individual and private home viewing purposes only. If you would like to screen this outside of your home, you must either purchase an Educational Use DVD, or contact Shift Happens Productions for permissions on its use.

You may not copy, reproduce, duplicate, sell, resell, distribute, perform, publish, display, screen, adapt, prepare derivative works from, burn, digitize, edit, strip, modify, broadcast, transmit, screen, air, download, upload, make clips from, hack into, or otherwise change or use this DVD without obtaining in advance the express written consent of Shift Happens. Shift Happens and Smokin’ Yogi do not sell products for children, but we do sell them to adults over 18, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. Your purchase of this DVD from Shift Happens is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for this DVD item passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
