You are purchasing this EDUCATIONAL AND SCREENING PACKAGE for educational viewing purposes only, and you hereby agree to the following terms of use: (a) you are making this purchase on behalf of an institution, organization, association, or corporation (collectively “entity”) which has an educational purpose; and (b) you and the entity will use the DVD and Discussion Leader’s Guide for educational, non-profit purposes; and (c) you and the entity will display or screen the DVD only on the entity’s premises and only to the entity’s members, attendees, enrollees, clients, patients, staff, or visitors; and (d) you and the entity will not charge admission fees or viewing fees for any display or screening.
ANY EVENT where AUTSITC LICENSE will be screened, and tickets are sold, or vendor fees and/or sponsorship donations are collected have fees above the initial purchase price.
FEES ON TICKET SALES, above the initial purchase price of $300.00, are at 30% of ticket sales. This may be pro-rated by a pre-determined pricing of ticket value inside an event ticket price. ALL EVENTS TO WHICH TICKETS ARE SOLD AND INCLUDE A SCREENING OF "AUTISTIC LICENSE" ARE COVERED BY THIS CLAUSE. There is only the one-time fee of $300.00 for the actual purchase of the Educational Use Package including the DVD.
FEES ON VENDORS OR SPONSORS: When screening “AUTISTIC LICENSE” at an event for which VENDORS OR SPONSORSHIPS are sold, the fees above the initial purchase price of $300.00 are at 30% of collected VENDOR FEES or SPONSORSHIP DONATIONS collected. A CAP MAY BE MADE BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT WITH ALP PRIOR TO EVENT.
All promotional materials will either be provided as a template for your event, where the event details may be placed inside those materials, OR ALL PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS FOR ANY EVENT UTILIZING "AUTISTIC LICENSE" MUST BE PRE-APPROVED by AUTISTIC LICENSE Productions or Smokin Yogi Visions, LLC, DBA AUTISTIC LICENSE PRODUCTIONS, on behalf of AUTISTIC LICENSE Productions. FACEBOOK, EVITE or any other digital marketing and publicity of the event must use the AUTISTIC LICENSE label and logo on all marketing materials, and include the website www.autisticlicenseplay.com.
